In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to use the fw888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously had an fw888 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of fw888 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are not diagnosed with or self-identifying as having a gambling disorder, or if you have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, you have not attempted to circumvent that exclusion by registering on fw888.

fw888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for Account suspension. Accounts registered in violation of these eligibility requirements will be closed, and any funds derived from ineligible play may be forfeited.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time upon confirmed receipt by fw888's payment processor.
• fw888 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable bank charges.

Withdrawals:

• Where a withdrawal is suspected to involve fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, fw888 may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

fw888 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times on qualifying games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

• Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other means constitutes bonus abuse. fw888 will void bonus balances and any winnings derived from them where abuse is detected, and may permanently restrict the Member's account.

fw888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-qualification, Members who have already met all qualifying conditions will retain any bonus already credited.

All bets placed on the fw888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, or e-sports. Sportsbook:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; if the odds change materially before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the new odds or cancel.

• All casino games on fw888 use certified random-number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino titles, physical dealing by qualified dealers under camera supervision.

• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or account verification procedure on the Platform.

All content on the fw888 Platform — including but not limited to the fw888 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fw888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from fw888;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Platform content or software;

fw888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits fw888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting fw888 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules. Any remaining verified balance in your Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by fw888: fw888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a regulatory or law-enforcement directive requiring Account closure;
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. fw888 will attempt to notify the Member via registered email before applying any dormancy charges or closing the Account.

Where an Account is closed by fw888 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus balance and Bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned at fw888's discretion following the outcome of any internal investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fw888's operating entity is incorporated. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction grant you the right to bring proceedings locally.

The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
